Androctonus Australis x 2

^adult yellow fat-tailed scorpion
Yellow fat-tailed scorpions (androctonus australis) are responsible for the highest number of scorpion-caused human deaths. Its sting can kill in 2 hours, and faster, if you’re allergic to it.
They are commonly found around Africa (Algeria, Chad, Egypt, libya, Mauritania, Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia) and Asia (India, Israel, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen).
I just got a pair of them a few days back (at 4th instar). They’re called Ichi and Banzai

01> Front view. At 4th instar and well fed to boost growth.
02> Side view. Ready to burst into 5th instar
03> Moulting to 5th instar begins. The exoskeleton breaks open at the head area.
04> Ichi pushes himself forward.
05> Ichi falls out, with blood pumping through its expanding limbs.
06> Old body, new body. Moulting process complete.
07> Tail gets noticeably thicker.
08> Limbs still look very fresh and transparent.
09> Banzai and his fat, yummy mealworm.
