I’ve never watched a single episode of Robotech or Macross in my entire life. Or maybe I did, but I don’t recall any of it, unlike watching recorded episodes of Ultraman bashing aliens over and over again when I was a kid back in Toa Payoh 
The reason I’ve spent my hard earned cash on this piece is cos when I was a kid, I actually had a transformable Macross VF-1S sharpener! The last time I saw that little thing was probably 10 years back. I don’t know where it went but I miss it a lot! So much so that I had to get this. Sort of a childhood redemption thing. Nostalgic indeed
So behold… the Macross Zero 1/60 VF-0S by Yamato. Purchased from Shioktoys for RM540.
This is the single most expensive toy item I’ve purchased so far. And I will instil further value to it by watching the anime… never too late! 14.9% of the Macross Zero OVA (5 episodes) downloaded on my BitComet as of now.
*Interesting: An ace pilot in the Macross saga is called Roy Focker hahahaha.. "focker!! tatsukete!!! focccckerrrr!!"
